Halloween Children's Illustration
For this digital painting, I created a sample page for a hypothetical children's book. The setting of this particular scene is Halloween night, in a spooky forest surrounded by pumpkins, the environment is dark save for the light of the crescent moon. The protagonist of the story is a young cat who recently discovered that she is a witch. Due to the Halloween late-night setting, I selected a color palette consisting of primarily orange, purple, black, and yellow.
